Feller takes inspiration from the culinary traditions of the Great North. Chef Sam Collins’ innovative menus are based on Midwest-sourced ingredients that evoke Minnesota’s traditional foraging and hunting culture, from Prairie Harvest quail to grass fed bison and homemade venison sausages.
